2026-27 School Year Enrollment Opens May 1st
Old School Gym class and Sports clinics
Taught by Daniel Jones
Elementary Gym is an energetic, skills‑based class designed to help young students build confidence, coordination, and a love of physical activity. The class introduces the fundamentals behind popular games and sports, breaking movements down into short, engaging skill‑building blocks that meet kids right where they are developmentally.
Students practice essential motor skills—throwing, catching, kicking, balancing, running, and teamwork—through fun, structured activities that keep them moving and smiling. Once they’ve warmed up and explored the basics, the class shifts into lively, team‑oriented games where kids can apply what they’ve learned in a supportive, low‑pressure environment.
What Kids Will Experience
Age‑appropriate introductions to the skills behind common games and sports
Short, focused drills that build coordination, strength, and confidence
Team‑based games that emphasize cooperation, communication, and sportsmanship
A welcoming environment where all ability levels can participate and succeed
Opportunities to try new activities, take healthy risks, and discover what movement they enjoy
Why Families Love This Class
Elementary Gym helps kids develop physical literacy—the foundation for all future sports and movement—while keeping the focus on fun. Whether a child is naturally athletic or brand‑new to organized games, they’ll find activities that challenge them, engage them, and make them excited to come back each week.
