Weekly Dinner Making Class
Taught by Kelly St. Gelais
In this hands-on, confidence-building culinary class, young chefs ages 5–12 come together once a week for a fun and flavorful 90-minute cooking adventure. Each session introduces students to age-appropriate kitchen skills—chopping, mixing, measuring, seasoning, and safe food handling—while exploring fresh ingredients and delicious recipes from a variety of cuisines.
Students work collaboratively and creatively as they prepare a complete, ready-to-eat dinner to bring home and share with their families. Along the way, they practice teamwork, problem-solving, and independence, all while discovering the joy of cooking for others.
